My daughter just phoned me in tears Hastings withdrew 150.00 out of her account without notifying her of a change in her policy, they said they did but she has no record of any communication. I told her to cancel the policy immediately but they told her it would cost 150.00 to do so. My plan is to get trading standards involved and the ombudsman and also seek legal advice. Under no circumstances sign up with this company if I could give them a zero rating I would.
