Crashed a week ago ,still no further along .Phoned 6 times not 1 call back , been told they're 95% sure car will be a right off , but waiting on a report, they said they would have said report within 48 hours ,5 days later still no report.Terrible to deal with ,avoid at all cost s ,truly a unprofessional company
