Couldn’t sort out there online account access in the 12 months I was insured with them, training for claims staff is poor as they gave misleading information and to top it off they input my claim wrong on the insurance database. ALL MY COMPLAINTS WHERE UPHELD AVOID THESE COWBOYS LIKE THE PLAGUE.
