Avoid at all costs. Clause hidden in terms and conditions stating if your vehical is a total loss they will take your remaining premium from your payout. This will effectively leave me with only 3/4 of the value of my car to buy a new one for an accident that wasn't my fault, and all Hastings could say was ' you'll still be insured but you won't have to pay'. Disgusting doesn't even begin to cover it. Any excuse to steal money back, customer service is a joke trying to pass the buck between departments. Way to go kicking your customers while they are down FFS, utter scum
