Where do I start
Charge £25 every time a change took £75 off me this year on top of premium.
Car wrote off at Christmas took to mid February to advise settlement after me chasing countless times.
No one returns calls
Then they paid the money into wrong finance account, which meant it was sent back to them. After I chased again it took several more days/week to pay money back into the correct account. Which cost me extra interest for all the delays.
Although I have protected no claims they even put my car DD payments up by about £20 per month!!
Called to advise Change of DD and to pay this months payment and they refused to take my payment telling me that they would charge me £20 for failed DD and could only take payment when they contacted me to say DD has failed!!!!!
So tonight they won't take payment over phone so my account upto date but they will let it fail and charge me £20 for privilege of phoning back
Oh yes and then £25 again to note on account that I drive a company car and my mileage is less than 4000 a year now!!!
Customer service is shocking
I have never dealt with a worse company in all my life.
My advice it is not Go Girl it's Go Elsewhere
