Emergency with boiler 3 days ago an they still haven’t been in touch with the heating supplier to authorise the payment for a valve to be replaced!!
5 desperate phone calls in 1 day and they still haven’t managed to arrange a time to have my boiler fixed. No hot water or heating and it’s absolutely freezing!
