It was a good job I checked with you as clearly you have no idea where your orders are.
I ordered this as a Christmas gift and so it would have been useful to know you were not going to deliver it.
Strange how it’s now “out of stock”. Was it ever in stock or did you just take my money?
You need to investigate your processes and make some changes to customer service immediately.
