The summer house arrived on my preferred date, driver placed the items where they would be constructed. The instructions were very simple, my daughter and I assembled it in four hours. A few bad points although not drastic, is the instruction on roofing felt, it was more a jigsaw puzzle, the angles on the facia were cut wrong and the door latch is loose fitting so you have a hard job closing the door when inside. All in all it is still a good product. Have had a number of passerbies stop and have a look, have given them your information. I am very pleased with the summer house.
