Placed an order for friends 20th Wedding anniversary for a China Rose to be delivered. Did not receive a notification about delivery & when I chased I was informed that delivery had failed & been sent to local Royal mail office despite my friend works from home & no attempt or card left. As this is a plant I requested for another one to be resent as that is what I had ordered and paid for. I did not get a confirmation of this & again had to chase up. I then received an email notifying me that my order had been cancelled and a refund processed which I did not ask for, completely disgusted with the lack of service and care. I have since emailed several times to escalate the issue with the operations manager/director as this was ordered for a special occasion I feel strongly about being let down. Again no response at all, very very poor & ignorant for such a company who like other companies need as much business as possible right now. I would highly recommend that you do not waste your time or money with this company. Even 1 star is too much in this case!!
