Bought Billy Oh Summerhouse. Returned before accepting delivery. Panels had large gouges and were covered in resin. Support posts were in heat sealed packaging which was full of water. Looked a totally shabby product. Now struggling to talk to them about a refund. Poor customer service. Wish I had known about this site before purchasing looks like were in for a long wait for a refund!
