Booking through gap360 was simple, and always easy to get hold of staff for questions / queries. Having the portal made bookings clear and easy to access information, however myself and others who have booked through Gap360 were confused on how many companies we had booked through, for example it was not obvious that my Bali intro trip booked, was through a company called intro travel, which the website could make a lot clearer.
