The boots that I ordered were disappointing because one of the boots has quite a few marks on it, including what looked like marks left by a liquid spillage. One boot looked pristine and shiny new but the other one was crumped and looked like it might have been on display somewhere. They certainly didn't look like a matching pair. Very disappointed because after wearing the boots they will of course become marked to have such a discrepancy between boots when they were new was unacceptable. Not happy that I also had to pay to return these boots.
