I spent loads of time on the website which was very useful for comparing all the different bed options. But actually when we went to the showroom in London we ended up changing to a different model, so it's well worth visiting. David and his team were very helpful at the showroom, and we were fascinated by some of the other storage products they sell. We're very pleased with the bed, it looks great and the storage is excellent. The team who put the bed up were quick, tidy and efficient. Overall I'd definitely recommend Furl. They are not the cheapest but you definitely get an excellent product and great customer service.
