We have been delighted with the service we’ve received from Matt and the team, from the minute we phoned to make the initial enquiry and we knew nothing about wood fired stoves, to managing delivery and advising us on installation. We even got tips on lighting a good fire and cooking a pizza. Our first oven arrived damaged - no problem - sorted and replaced within days. A wood fired stove is a big investment but the team really seem to care about making the whole process as stress-free as possible. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days, but not at this company, nothing seemed too much trouble. By the way, I love the oven, and the pizzas are amazing! If you’re thinking about it….go for it, the whole thing was a pizza cake (sorry)!
