Extremely disapointed.
I paid a premium so the delivery would come in time for a birthday gift however it was delayed, really frustrating after the additional cost I paid for this to come in time.
I highly suggest reviewing internally to understand how this would happen, particularly as an expensive additional cost is paid for early arrival.
