Macaroons were disappointing. I expected them to be even better than Waitrose - soft and a bit chewy, tasty, and melt in the mouth.
They were more like crunchy biscuits and not very tasty. The comment I received from Friars was ''sorry that they were not to my personal preference''. Otherwise delivery was good.
