A very polite Pat Haslett came in today and he fixed the issue really quickly. He noticed that there was very less pressure with the sparkling water and hence got that changed. He then noticed that there was an issue with the pump which would need to be changed/ fixed - which he said they will do once the part is ordered and comes in. Best thing is - he went above and beyond and did not just do what was assigned to him. He is a real Gem.
