As a returning customer for over 13 years , the products are of the very highest quality & is the reason for me spending nearly £450 on my most recent car with Forge. However I do feel the customer service at Forge let’s down the brands overall image of the company. Simple things like sending an inexpensive hose clip without charge when needed or including a sticker with it, which is basically free advertisement.
