Problem with trying to order online. After 3 days of trying I contacted your customer services who just told me to reset the cookies on my computer..... I did. Still didn’t work. Then contacted you to be on hold for 30miniutes and then went through to an answerphone. I eventually spoke to someone who took the order over the phone with no apologies for my wasted time and nightmare, no mention of the 20%pff so I had to prove for it. She was going to charge me the full cost of the dress when all items online had 20% off. I would have at least expected some sort of discount as an offer of apology. Really poor and very disappointed giving I buy most my dresses from you.
