Amazing service, initially spoke to someone on the phone who tried to resolve my problem by explaining what I needed to do. When this didn't work, she asked me to send the equipment in for testing and advised I may need to have two new shoes.
I sent the equipment in, by special delivery, on the Monday, on the Tuesday they tested the equipment and advised of the problem. I ordered the new parts that afternoon, and received the equipment back on Wednesday fully working.
