Great service. Pls can I make an observation - it would be a massive help if you could make a small indentation (finger & thumbprint) either side of Roger so that when I'm aiming it to pick up conversation it doesn't turn in my hands. I keep finding the Mic pointing at the floor. I need to combine lipreading with hearing so can't keep my eyes on Roger
