I was very disappointed with the flowers which were not the colour expected and seemed quite weak. The delivery service however was good.
I would like to add that I have just discovered(16/1) that the flowers I bought for my mother's birthday on the 8th January were dead within a week. This is very disappointing and I feel you should really refund the money or send a replacement order.
