I sent flowers to my friend who is in isolation and very unwell for her Birthday. When she showed me the photo I was very disappointed to see many of the tulips in full bloom, very little extended life in them.
She did contact the company on my behalf and I was grateful to receive a £15 refund. Sadly it was an anticlimax on my friends birthday but you did try to recompense.
