Under very difficult trading conditions due to Covid-19 and the sensitivity of needing a flower arrangement/wreath for a funeral, the FLOOM team were excellent in assisting me in making sure the arrangement was beautiful and to ensure it got delivered on time and on the day of the funeral. Rebecca and Liza were fantastic and made sure every need and request was fulfilled and any problems addressed and a solution found. Both were excellent and I felt at ease and confident that my flowers would be beautiful and arrive on time. which they were and they did. Many Thanks again to the FLOOM team, Highly recommended.
