I had never heard of Floom as a platform until the morning in which I discovered their services via a quick Google search. I was very impressed by their array of Flowers available, due to look and cost. Equally, I was in awe of the ability to not just leave a cute message for my recipient but the choice to add an emoji or two, if words had happened to fail me (which was a really nice touch). At the time I was slightly apprehensive due to my delivery having not arrived with a few minutes to spare before my friend went home. So I called to chase this up, and was received by the most polite and reassuring Florist, who cheerfully confirmed that my bouquet was indeed en route if it hadn't reached it's destination already. She was right, the second I came off the phone I was sent an email notification (lol and a Whats App photo from a very delighted potential, who let me know I was no longer in the dog house). I had only expected a little placard to go with the Bouquet, but Floom provided a whole Card with an envelope. They literally went above and beyond with the service, so I would not only recommend them but would absolutely use them again :D
