the ordering experience was great, and the selection and variety of flowers was brilliant.
the delivery process was not good though, the window between 10-6 is fine, but the delivery status was never updated so i was unsure when they were actually delivered.
this isn't good, and was unsettling, especially as they were a 21st birthday bouquet.
