I ordered the wrong nail polish as a different colour had defaulted into my basket. I emailed immediately after to cancel the order. I didn’t receive a response from look fantastic for 24 hours and was then told it was too late for them to cancel the item and change it as the product was ready to dispatch. I now have to wait a week to receive the incorrect product and then go to the post office send it back wait for a refund and reorder. What a farse!
