Extremley pleased with this purchase all round. The order process was simple, and I was kept fully up to speed on the delivery progress & timelines. When the delivery arrived the driver had no issue whatesoever wheeling the securely strapped pallet of wood directly into my garage. The quality of the logs is the best that I have had so far, lights really easy & burns really well and clean, and delivers maximum heat. I will definately be re-ordering from FF again, and would have no issues in recommending to freinds & family
