Utterly useless. Ordered a personalised item ("Brick Yourself" keyring - still waiting for them to publish my review of it!) and what turned up was nothing like what I ordered.
They had the absolute audacity to try and tell me returns aren't possible because it's personalised, even though it's NOTHING like what I asked for. IDIOTS!
