I ordered a personalised item but there was an issue with my delivery address being defaulted to a different postcode. After using Firebox's WhatsApp customer service, the problem has been resolved! Huge thanks to Annabelle who helped me massively today. Although my item cannot be delivered by Christmas (not Firebox's fault, I think it's an external supplier).... Its still a success story. Huge thanks guys.... Your customer service is wonderful. Only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is because I haven't received the item to say whether I am pleased with it yet.
