We were immediately bowled over when we first arrived at the Fineline showroom at Gemini, the partridge grey shaker kitchen with quartz worktops just inside the main entrance won us over and we made up our minds almost in an instant. Our experience was further enhanced when our designer, Ian Walker, made us most welcome and nothing was too much trouble, even with the subtle changes we insisted upon. The whole process from design, pre-installation survey, strip out, first fix, delivery, installation and follow up was a very welcome experience one which other companies we visited prior and subsequently have never lived up to. This project ran in conjunction with the building of our new orangery, and all efforts were successfully made to tie in all works with the numerous trades we had on site, 7 trades on one occasion at the same time was a real challenge with the two companies working together (and lots of tea/coffee brewing). Our installer, Ben Corbett, is a very skilled and thorough individual, and was in such demand he was constantly busy juggling several projects, but all in all completed our installation pretty much to schedule, on budget and most importantly to our great satisfaction.
