Hi thanks for asking - I have been meaning to write. We were absolutely thrilled with our Christmas delivery. The quality of the meat was excellent and tasted delicious. there were only four of us for Christmas and we opted for the sous vide turkey breast which was so easy and very tasty. Just the right amount for the day and afterwards too. The ham was also really good.
