Excellent meat, never had anything less than perfect yet. This weekend's Sunday lunch was roast saddle of lamb which I've never cooked before but it was incredibly tender and flavourful so I'll definitely be cooking it again. Meat is well packed and delivery within a one hour time slot provided on the day of delivery.
