I am not just happy, I am ecstatic. I bought lots of Dahlia bulbs - glorious and begonias. The site says that Picotee is a showstopper, well it nearly is but the Rosebud is out of this world. I simply would not buy bulbs anywhere else unless I was absolutely desperate. Got another 80 or so arriving this autumn and I jut cant wait. Wish I could post pictures just to prove what I am saying.
