My expeience in renewing our travel insurance was good: the process was quick and the person top whom I spoke was friendly and helpful. A check suggested that the price was very reasonable. Since I have not yet had to claim on the insurance (and I hope that this happy state continues), I cannot speak on how good the actual insurance is.
