I have used this company previously for my parents, they were fantastic when I had to claim as my dad was far too ill to travel when it came to him going away, so I thought I would give them a try for my husband and myself for an annual policy. Unfortunately for us, my husband had to have a major operation so we had to cancel our holiday, it was not as straightforward as usual as covid had put a lot of pressure on the company with cancellations. However a wonderful gentleman called Ian got onto the case for us and everything was sorted out quickly in the end. I will be using the company again and would recommend them.
