I was looking for two quality roller ball pens which could be engraved as a keepsake for two of my grand children for Christmas. I chose Executive Pens because of excellent service in past years. The pens arrived nicely gift boxed, but I was disappointed to discover my grand children’s names had been printed rather than Laser engraved. It looked cheap. Very disappointed .
