There has been a massive improvement in the service, food and environment of the VIP lounge at John Lennon Airport in the past 12 months . We first visited in August2017 and were really disappointed . However on returning in June 2018 it had been upgraded with much better food and customer service. On visiting two weeks ago, it had improved even further with a full refurbishment and further improvements to the food and drinks available. We will definitely be returning!
