Bought a Ted Baker necklace and paid for next day delivery as it was a last minute present for a birthday that week. The delivery arrived the next day but was the wrong necklace. I contacted customer service who advised I needed to send the wrong necklace back and they needed to confirm receipt of that before they would send me the correct one. Not happy with that as it was needed I eventually decided to keep the wrong necklace as it was better than nothing. I was not offered any refund or compensation for having to do this. First time using this site and will probably be the last.
