The fitting of my EO charger was exactly as promised. The team kept me in touch with progress, arrived when they said they would and fitted the charger as promised. The glitch was that my charger had failed its factory tests and should not have been dispatched. No problem there, the fitter had a spare charger on the van and left me with a working unit. I was able to then amend my order to a tethered device and the new charger was fitted with a minimum of fuss on the day promised.
