As a family we had 6 buy to let properties in the Bolton area. The company acting on our behalf failed to notify us when rent became severly overdue. They failed to inspect properties on a regular basis ... last year (2016) one property had not been inspected since 2010! Maybe it is our fault we did not check up on them sooner. I am afraid we expected the same service we have always had from Lenwells. They formed contracts with unsuitable tenants etc. etc.
