Matt was fantastic, we had a great opportunity to buy a large distressed house as an investment but needed a bridge to get it through ahead of the tax changes. Matt knew the lenders extremely well and was able to get the deal agreed in super quick time. Equally as valuable was his indirect intervention when they went quiet at the end (due to the lender being swamped ahead of the stamp duty tax changes). Really friendly and informed as well, would strongly recommend.
