Ellis Brigham - Bristol Store: What an absolutely awful, horrible company to deal with. Great at taking your money, but what as advised by the staff that you have 21 days to return the goods if unused and unworn etc. What they don't tell you - is that if you pay cash, you can't have your money back quite so easily. You must accept a cheque in 14 days time... (but of course they will not accept a cheque in payment???) which can take a further 10 working days to clear. I was met by a particularly nasty, aggressive, unhelpful store manager who would be better suited to guarding the docks on a dark night. Store customer service was nill. The matter was finally resolved by a helpful and professional guy from their head office customer service team - who was equally annoyed by the store managers attitude. Please do go elsewhere if you want a good customer service expereince!!!
