They offer generous trade-in prices and good discounts on ex demo items, they operate a no-quibble return policies giving you the chance to try things in your system with no pressure at all, they are very approachable and answer emails quickly, and overall just an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish..and afterwards! You wont find this level of a complete service from any other dealer. Elite Audio are the best in the business and long may this continue.
