Up until this delivery I have loved Electric Tobacconist for the speed of delivery and variety of products on the website.
Unfortunately I have had no response to an incorrect item being delivered and have been told to ship it back. I would like confirmation that I will be reimbursed for the mistake of being sent the wrong item. I won't be shopping on this website again due to lack of communication with customer when an issue is raised.
