Products in stock ordered on 30/07, dispatched on 02/08 with Royal Mail and to day not yet delivered. In the FAQ it's mentioned to wait for 7 days (???) before to submit a complaint? In the reviews it's mentioned a chat as an help channel, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the website. Sorry, but this is a very poor service and I never had this kind of experience ordering online in the UK. Timing unacceptable.
