Having done extensive research on upright vacuum cleaners, we settled on the Sebo Felix Rossi. I telephone only to be advised that it was out of stock but 7-10 days delivery. The price was so good that I ordered. Imagine my surprise to be informed that it would be delivered in 2 days which it was. A very easy ordering system with the added bonus of a further discount. A really 1st class Company to deal with.
