My item arrived later that I thought so I emailed while waiting for it, the company got back to me straight away and was helpful but I need not have made contact it arrived the very next day. The item I ordered was a christmas tree it's quite flimsy and only made for really light baubles but I suppose you get what you pay for. It's looks half decent decorated and comes with pine cones and frosting on branches which is a nice touch. My son was happy with it.
