I sent a floral gift to an 83yr old lady. They were left on the step and were past their best, most of them died within 2 days. The gift card I ordered was not with the flowers. Therefore the lady did not know who the sender was. She tried without success to telephone them since she does not have WiFi. When she eventually found out who they were from. I contacted eflowers. They first asked for a photograph, which I did not have. They then asked what was the condition of the stems. The final email was to say they were unable to take any action since complaints had to be made within 7 days!
It was clear they had no intention of even making a gesture if goodwill.
This is a dreadful company who have no concern for their customers.
