Flowers did not arrive although recipient was in. Expected my 75 year old mother to pick them up herself two days later at the post office by which time they were basically dead. Customer service did not apologise but simply referred me to the small print that says they are not responsible for anything. ABSOLUTE CON DO NOT USE.
